Welcome to Skillovira, a skill-building platform for professionals hosted at skillovira.online. These Terms govern your access and use of our platform, services, digital products, and goods.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skillovira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Modifications
Skillovira may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
4. Account Registration
Registration requires a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Services
Skillovira offers coaching sessions, workshops, and professional development courses. Details are provided on the platform.
5.1 Scheduling and Changes: You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the start time by contacting us via our customer support form. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours prior are nonrefundable.
5.2 Cancellation: If we cancel a session, you may choose a rescheduled date or request a refund processed as a reversal to the original method within 10 business days.
5.3 No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled service without notice will be treated as a cancellation less than 48 hours prior, and no refund will be issued.
6. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable resources, recorded webinars, and e-books.
6.1 Quality Guarantee: If a digital product does not meet described specifications, you may request a refund within 14 days of download. Refund requests submitted after 14 days are not accepted.
6.2 Processing: Approved refunds are processed as a reversal to the original method within 10 business days.
7. Goods
Goods refer to physical items such as printed materials or kits.
7.1 Eligibility: Unused goods in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a replacement item or a refund processed as a reversal to the original method.
7.2 Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. Original shipping fees are not reversible.
7.3 Inspection: Items will be inspected upon receipt. If they meet eligibility criteria, we will process the requested remedy within 15 business days.
8. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments are collected through third-party processors. All fees are in GBP, EUR, or USD as indicated at checkout.
8.1 Refund Requests: Submit refund requests via our customer support form with order details and reason.
8.2 Processing Time: Eligible requests are approved or denied within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued as a reversal to the original method within 10 business days.
8.3 Nonrefundable Items: Certain services and products are marked as nonrefundable. This is clearly indicated at purchase due to the nature of the offering, such as personalized coaching materials.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Skillovira, including logos, text, and course materials, is owned by Skillovira or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Skillovira is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, you lose access to purchased content, subject to any eligible refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
